Hello anupama, first of all congrats for getting a govt bds college. You don't need to buy the books now by yourself cause the college authority will give you the list of books and instruments you have to buy and as you get govt college I don't think you have buy it by yourself, the college will provide you. But if you want to see how the syllabus and chapters are, then you can always search books pdf for free on google.

Private BDS me bas paisa hona chahiye marks se fark nhi padta To get a good private college without management seat around 550 marks should be safe in the current scenario

Scope hai but you shouldn’t invest too much because the salaries are less initially. Once you open your clinic 1 lakh a month you can earn easily but just after graduation if you want a good salary then you have to do MDS
