If they have a refund policy available on their site, and you have your refund tickets sent to them as proof, and they didnt respond in max 1 - 2 weeks you can try to report them to ic3.gov for scam.

Great but don't put all AI things after a payment wall, give us something to the ones we are already paying for elementor Pro. At least an X amount of credits to use AI each month... Isn't difficult, think in your already customers!

Guys ... your soft sucks , why don't you fix all those ENORMOUS BUGS THAT YOU HAVE, and make a better product ? Better layer navigation (why not make transparent the draggin object and a BETTER DOCKING ) Get rig of the horrible dragging on those number like margins and padding .... please fix the 0 value on those fields when you insert a new number Fix the icons over the box , grouping them , change the icon positions. Please, focus your development in this topics and try to make more customizable hover actions , remote actions and make better custom widgets tutorials.

@sokech Im stuck with it for some client that already have the plugin , besides i will switch to bricks in the future , but if you are a serious company , i be very worried about the buggy soft that they have.

Dropped Elementor months ago. It really does suck and is sooooooooooooooooooo slowwwwwwwwwww. Use gutenberg super fast and no need for plugins

Perhaps your project is not ambitious enough. Maybe you are working on a simple blog. If you are working on a great project, for instance, where you'll need to display complex data, take recurring payments, etc., surely, you will need plugins.

Me too, I think Elementor is definitely heading into the Wix cloud based arena, and they plan to drop this self hosted WP builder plugin platform. (because paying per feature per unit of use is definitely the kind of thing you find in most online cloud base software products)
