This is what the Holy Spirit was revealing today! I'm going through a season of being quiet and not sharing as much as I used to. I used to feel guilty for not sharing intimate parts of my life with people close with me until I started to realize that the enemy was utilizing them against me. Most of my old friends and exes are on that " I wanna be closer to God " but when I straight up tell them that they have to cut out willful sin they make excuses. In the past I would compromise, feel bad and intercede for them not realizing it was a tactic of the enemy. I was really walking in disobedience by keeping them around just based on feelings. Once I applied the word to these situations I gained the strength to close these doors permanently. I would try in the past but it would never stick because I was using my flesh to reason knowing what God already told me.
