I understand how dangerous it is reaching such heart rate levels. The most important thing is to stay calm in such situations. This isn't the first time that I've hit these numbers, but I certainly need to be more careful. This is not healthy for anyone. **Yes I do have days off.** Nothing bad happened and I'm doing fine. That doesn't mean it is okay for anyone to reach these levels. Thus, I have a disclaimer in the beginning of this video. Seriously, **I love you all** and I appreciate everyone's concern. It’s a great song and you did awesome in this video But one thing I was told during track is to do a cool down lap This allows the heart to slowly go back to its original bpm And of course I asked what happens if I don’t do a cool lap They told me that there is a high chance of me going into cardiac arrest and to develop knots in your chest which can hinder your breathing and blood circulation Let’s just say I learned the hard way and the knot in my chest is just starting to go away after a week I’m only telling you this because I don’t want a song like this to be your last I don’t know how many levels are in this game but I would probably do one of the first 5 songs as a cool down lap or in this case a cool down song just so your heart rate goes down naturally and not suddenly Just a recommendation By the way a knot or at least the one I had felt like a golf ball pressing against my chest every time I inhaled
