Always wait to see what kind of deck opp play before maxxc, it force opp to commit if they don't want to waist ressources. Use Maxxc before opp spe a negate (baronne or appolousa for exemple) and add some disruptions or at least one nib if you don't want a maxxc challenge end with deck out.

That's a good idea until *Phantom of Yubel*

@gravethestampede3454 of course if opp first move is to spe phantom but you can have an hint before if norm lotus or dark beaconing beast and yubel rarely deck out.
