Incorrect. All things in tech & in gaming has identifiers. They were trying to build lore in this video by associating User Identifiers with an unknown entity (i.e.: The Haunted Villager)..... In short, they wanted us viewers to believe that there was another player or player-like-entity in their game. The sign was being used to show that the unknown entity lives there. I tried replicating your results to see where you got that idea from & I found a topic about Genshin Impact servers saying a "6" for your User ID is associated to US players. Totally not transferrable info here. Without going too deep down the tech rabbit hole, User IDs for hosted games are server specific. I can almost guarantee they either randomly used the number 6 or they used it for its entity association to oak saplings (maybe in an attempt to make it seem like Herobrine was the cause, since he has a liking to oak trees).

Note to self: If you see a player head (The Steve Heads Proper Title), Redstone "Blood" and an arrow of instant harming it is an entity threatening the player. Always remember folks, villagers don't drop heads even when exploded by charged creepers unless you have the mob heads mod. Also FYI: you can break Lava Cauldron without setting off the lava flow, you just lose the lava. You can also remove the lava from the cauldron with an empty bucket taking that bizarre death trap bed and removing its lava trap.
