Thank you God for Pastor Bong Saquing for the wonderful message about Christ.🌺 💌 Jesus' love towards me? Or my love towards Jesus? Which is the most important? ❤God takes more pleasure when His children know how much they are being loved by Him more than they love Him. Why? 👍Because how much we know that we are being loved by God Himself will be the degree of our love towards Him. "Loving the Lord genuinely" is only the by-product of knowing how much you are being loved by God. 🥺Peter fall into sin when he denied Jesus because he had put his confidence in how much he loved Jesus, more than how much he was being loved by Jesus. Fear and insecurity moved Peter to deny Jesus publicly. 💕In contrast, John was overly confident in Jesus' love that he always wrote repetitively; "the disciple whom he loves." Actually, Jesus loved the apostles equally. Jesus did not practice favoritism among His apostles. Therefore what's the difference with John is that he was "extremely" focused and highly appreciative on how much Jesus loved him more than how he loved Jesus. 👍And with that, John's love for Jesus was more stable than Peter. The Lord was just responsive to anyone who is responsive to God's love and love God in return. God loves each of us equally but He responds in love towards them that respond in His love. Revealed God's love will drive a christian to love God. This is the reason the heart of John was fully secured even in persecution and near death. God saw his heart. Amazingly, John died "naturally" without human intervention. While other apostles were tortured and murdered. Where is your focus? God's love towards you? Or your love towards God? Be more confident of God's love towards you more than of your love towards Him and then you will automatically love God genuinely in heart. The Bible says; Not because we love Him but because He loves us. We love him because He first loved us. Jesus is the expression of God's eternal love. 💕🌺

Some say po na parable ang Luke 16:19-31, but some say it is a real story relayed by Jesus kasi mas specific ung characters na binigay niya and di same sa ibang parables. Either way, the story is from Jesus na nagpapakita na after death, wala nang lipatan, and if one does not believe in Jesus ( ‘But he said to him, ‘If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be persuaded even if someone rises from the dead.’ See: Luke 16:29-31) then they will be separated from God eternally. The writings of Moses and the Prophets were talking about Jesus (See John 1:45). The reference na wala name and meron name naman po is referred na sa Revelation. It is a picture na written in the Book of Life ung meron (meaning someone who believes God). It's easier to identify sa story ng Luke na one believes God and one doesn't hence one has eternal life and the other is separated from God eternally.

Ako never akong inantok sa mga sermons as respect nadin Kay Lord pero when it comes to reading the bible kahit bagong gising ako sa umaga or kahit ang tapang ng kape ko, 2-3 sentences palang tulog na ko di ko namamalayan.😅 Kanya kanya talaga Tayo ng spiritual warfare.
