I have been so very inspired by listening to you Dr. Gladys and your life story and outlook in living🪷 I can say with my whole heart I love you! 🥰 I would like to ask you if you find it alright for someone to have a glass of wine with dinner. I am 72 years of age and find it comforting. I feel it is a ritual that does me well. I have some bread too and feel it’s like I am with Jesus and God. During the day I try to help others by giving comfort and love to everyone I meet. Also I work in a community garden and love nature and the birds and the sky. I am a disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda and follow his teachings. I know he would have loved you and surely is grateful for all you do for the world 💛 God bless you always and forever 🙌🏻💛
