Void has no resistance As the giant stretches out A tipping point's expansion Sets astray a solar doubt Warmth and glare on every crest For cells compelled to crave A pulsing sphere forgets its past To bask in every wave Dusk comes later with each day, And morning sooner turns As shallow waters search the air, The driest flower burns Brighter skies are bathing Ever crowded slopes in light In all directions creatures dance Before their final flight Blinded at the zenith To fray the dangling thread Hum the ocean's fever pitch To see the flames ahead Distance loses meaning As the breath becomes the fire Gone are fibres; gone are thoughts ...But vapours in the pyre

What is interesting, I am a thrash metal, old death metal kind of guy. I never liked any other band in this genre, and I still don't, really. But Be'lakor, I absolutely love this band. That says a lot, really. I hardly even consider them in the same realm as other similar bands. I have even tried to have due dilgence, and go back and relisten to a few other bands. Still not feeling this genre....except Be'lakor :)

This album was ACTUALLY, LITERALLY the soundtrack to my life in my late 20's. The lyrics coincided with it exactly! It was like they wrote it about me.

I really love how the drums drop out of that last riff at the end, and then one of the guitars sits on the tonic, such a gorgeous and majestic denouement to the song. I love Be'lakor's guitar counterpoint, so many stunning moments in so many songs.

easily one of the best metal bands in existence i put be'lakor and parkway drive as the top two bands coming from australia, even all these years later they still kick the shit out 99 percent of the metal bands from america. such solid melodic riffs, with a technical touch to some parts, and old school touches to others, yet the mixing is perfect. you can hear all the instruments playing in harmony, nothing overshadowing anything else. quite impressive considering the length and complexity of their songs. In terms of skill i would say they are better than 95 percent of all the "famous bands" that all sound the same. No one sounds like be'lakor and be'lakor sounds like no one else.

Another strong release from a band that refuses to let up. Be'lakor should without a doubt be headlining tours across all of North-America. How effortlessly you would be accepted into our abiding presences. With the shows played and the tour at an end; none would forget the name of Be'lakor. But reality is a harsh mistress and such things as funding and lives unable to be set down force these great harbringers of the metal to stay grounded! Alas, I hope not for long. Hail BE'LAKOR, Tyler

I have a friend who's trying to get into communications here, I told him that he should consider contacting bands like you guys. The problem over here is that a lot of promoters don't think they can sell the acts. The problem with most of those promoters, though, is that they're really not plugged into the scene, at all. There's tons of fans in Canada that would pay a lot of money to see you guys, myself included. Like, a ridiculous amount. *laughs*
