The food was good, I think the main problem that everyone is complaining about is that the food does not change much from day to day. Other resorts seem to make a better effort to provide variety but this resort not so much. This does not mean it taste bad, we were there for 10 days so we booked 4 a la carte restaurants which helped :)

@Troyju2006 Its actually one of the smallest resorts I've been to in Punta Cana but as they say good things come in small packages...lol

Everyone has access to everything, I did not see anyone policing anything. There was a section with orange chairs at the beach but again nobody was policing this either. The food was good but we were there for 12 days so for us it was starting to get a bit boring so this is why the restaurants are imporant to book, Japanese being the best and Sports bar was pretty good too. They did have packets of ketchup and mustard in baskets near the hot dogs, I do't recall seeing relish.

Thanks for the video. We are leaving on sat to go to be live grand bavaro, and we were definatley frustrated wth the lack of information on this resort. As for the punta cana side, do bavaro people have full range of their resort, but the punta cana side doesnt have access to the bavaro side? Also as for the food, was it good, just not a whole lot of variety? And i know this is a silly question but do they have "real" condiments? Ketchup, mustard, relish? Any other tips you can give us?

Nice video Sylvie But I've learned something from vacationing. I will not go to a resort ever again unless they have a luxury bed and wide screen T.V ! TOP BEACH ! TOP RESTAURANTS! With steak houses SEA Food! Giant shrimps. Great Bars and service and a wonderful deal in low season. Mexico Grand sirenis had this. Last but not least WONDERFUL HUGE SHOWS! Iberostars Cuba or Dominican or Mexico they are the best hotels. Plus no non stop Hurrasement just a great fun place.
