Amazing documentary, what a modest, hard working man. Love this guy, I imagine he must be a great boss!

I love this brand even more after this program. Thanks Shu Hua and team for interview featuring Ding Tai Feng. The part 2 of 我懂你,太短了。希望有更多和企業創辦人和政治和社會工作者的訪談內容。很棒的節目。

I wish more of the Singapore service industry bosses can watch and learn from Dtf, I feel there's no service in singapore, sometimes really don't know why I'm paying 10% service tax but received no service at all.

為什么没有在佛罗里达州奥兰多市迪士尼遊客区开间分店?

Wish someone would open up a Din Tai Fung in Wellington or Lower Hutt
Ding tai fung is a Taiwanese brand but breadtalk company introduce this restaurant globally and make them big and popular, though I find their xiao long bao not so fantastic

1) Don't imitate fast food chain. 2) F&B is a FAB that can change quite rapidly with changing consumers' preferences. One must focus & constantly evolve to stay competitive in the industry. 3) High risk doesn't mean high return. 4) 2 years to learn 1 skill. 5) 不要包,只要汤。 6) Must be Smart Overseas through localization.
Ironically, the branch at 101 is one of the worst in terms of food quality. The branches in Singapore have better consistency. Never-the-less, the taste of DTF is no match against an average dumpling shops on the street of china.
