Thanks for the vid, Tyler. I too have been to war wearing full combat kit - JSK, circle lenses, parasol, wig, accessories galore, Carebare bag - and struggled against the enemy of my own comrades, internet and computer to finally win the prize. Very satisfying. I just loved the salt as usual but the desert was even better. To end your vid with long, sweeping shots of beautifully lit acres of "Valentine" was perfect. Lolita prints are generally shown to the camera briefly, as if they were being rationed but this lingering approach allowed me to ingest the wonderful print and be delighted and calmed by it. This takes a little time, (only a little), so why dont you incorporate this as a regular feature of every video? The lull after the storm.

There is certainly a redundancy of bows (including in the print itself) on this one.. I like the bows on the tails of the bow 😁 reminds me of the animals on the old fashioned Valentine cards we would trade at school 💌💘💕

I really love Lolita fashion but I feel like it’s a bit conservative for me. If I try to get into it will I be disowned by the community if I’m wearing a shorter dress/no tights? Im not trying to bring any kinkyness into it because I’m not a monster and I know Lolita fashion is just fashion, but I’m just genuinely uncomfortable with low hemlines. Any advice would be helpful.

Broke, I understand. Chubby however, though I also understand, is absolutely not a reason not to wear Lolita! So many dresses have elastic shirring these days, and there are indie plus-size inclusive brands out there, some who even make them tailored! There are so many beautiful Lolita models around the globe from every ethnicity, size, even gender identity. Don't let the Japanese bull beauty standards stop you from feeling cute!!!!! 💕💕
