When my mother passed; a day later she walked into my room(even my cat was looking at her) and immediately said the same: "don't be scared, because you see me now". She visited me a couple of nights again, giving me comfort like I'm her little boy again. She started a deeply spiritual desire in me to follow that in my lifetime. ❤

Thanks for this message. I'm about to go back to living in a car after being saved out of that. This will be the third time and I don't forsee the way out of it. I was once successful and had everything I ever wanted. This stuff happens. Be not afraid. I will certainly try.

I was told the same thing about a "job" in high school, and out of school. What a HUGE letdown. A career is no better than a job. What a crock of crap. This was supposed to give us happiness forever. Then debilitating anxiety sets in. No one ever talks to us about that. So we crawl in our shell and the only one with the answer is one who's been through it. Took me 40 years to find you. Thank you Scott Ste Marie for your postings. You are the only one I've come across who truly understands and really has answers and the logic behind it. I can't thank you enough. ☺️❤️☺️❤️☺️❤️☺️❤️ PS: oh yes I was in a mental ward for a week. I have full blown anxiety attacks one after the other so bad I couldn't speak. I was admitted incapable of signing my admission papers. I forget the exact word. Yes Scott, I know what that feels like. It took me one year to get over it and get stabilized on the meds they gave me. God Bless you Scott. I know your pain and I feel it. We are strong and we will overcome.

I so appreciate your Book approach, and it’s OK to stay on the page or leave the page… Hit the zombies! I felt like you encouraged me to walk out my pain. I can validate myself don’t have to please somebody else in this moment, essentially it’s OK for me to say they can sit in their story too. This time it’s OK for me to say I’m hanging up now … I don’t need to listen to you, turn my story into your story.. or say some bullshit like we’re all complex and we’re all complicated it’s kind of redundant yep two really big words none of which make me feel like you heard me… ❤ I am extremely grateful for you, spicing it with spirituality helpful to me Thank you.

My mother was bed ridden with lyme disease for many years while I was in high school and college. She may have been "behind" in life by not being able to do the things should would have wanted, but she became so much stronger after her recovery.
@stellaancimer85056 ай бұрын
@@TENNOM can i Ask how she recover? Did she has chronic lyme? Thank you xx
@TENNOM6 ай бұрын
@@stellaancimer8505 Yes she had chronic lyme since it was mis-diagnosed originally, and then got worse because it wasn't treated properly. She also had various other illnesses she had to fight due to her immune system being compromised from the lyme. She worked closely with a Naturophatic Doctor who helped her get various tests and tackled each individual illness like candita, mold, lyme, etc with supplements, IV drips, and hydrogen peroxide treatments. She also did a lot of research on her own to learn about lyme.

Hey Scott....Can you do a vid on Imposter Synrome? Feeling you are failing at life when everyone else is coping so well. My daughter has so much work pressure, she's hsving heaps of anxiety. We are just trying to tell her how well she's doing but she feels she's fooling everyone. She says she's really screaming inside saying 'I can't do this!'. She's breaking my Mama heart :/

Imposter Syndrome is a new damaging label young people put on themselves when they are overwhelmed with anxiety from trying to figure out who they are and where they fit in this crazy world. When we try new things we all feel like imposters
