its the Nishika N8000. It might not be the exact same camera Minhyuk is using but I believe its the original camera that first came out with this affect. Hope that was helpful :)

Btw this affect can also simply be done using your regular phone camera and photoshop. Just search for the Mura Masa camera affect and you can find a bunch of tutorials on yt
