I've been having so much trouble installing this, thanks for the help. I screwed the fans to the cooler in the case which is what I thought the manual said to do but the way you have it set up gives a lot more space inside the rig

Beautiful unboxing and instruction video. The best I've seen in years. Since I just purchased this AIO, I was happy to watch your video. It made my installation easy. I did one step more than you. Before I installed the radiator, I removed the fill port to make sure the radiator was full. I kept it in a horizontal position, with the port facing slightly upward when I did the check. Holding the radiator in a downward position, with the port at the bottom, you can drain the coolant if you want to refill the radiator with fresh coolant. I liked your video so much that I am now an all-video subscriber.

Really happy it worked out for you buddy.This is a good product but unfortunately,my pump burned out some 4 months ago.Since I made this video I did do one small refill as there was some liquid missing(maybe some 25ml) and after it went out i did noticed some air in the system again,but not much.Also I didnt messed with it or turned the system on its head although I did turn the case on its side from time to time while testing different gear.I guess that all in all its user error as I might have done something to it by mistake and I don't expect to fail due to any design faults as its been really solid up until 4 months ago with minimum maintenence.Cheers buddy and enjoy this beefy and efficient cooling AIO.Cheers 😉

Hello, I bought this same 280mm water cooler and it didn't come with the SATA adapter cable. Please help me with this question: what should I do, buy a SATA adapter cable or connect it directly to the motherboard? My motherboard is a B550M TUF Gaming Plus, and it has a connector called 'CPU_OPT' and another one for 'CPU_FAN'; I'm not sure where to connect the LED from the block.
@Tech_Fusion
@Tech_Fusion 3 ай бұрын
Hi there, you should go with the CPU_OPT port if you want to power the LED and dont want to spend more on a SATA adaptor for your system.This should power the LED no problems and should not create issues.Just dont try to power the LED from the CPU_FAN port as that can cause problems with the booting sequence as that port does check for a fan being connected to the CPU as the name suggests.Cheers bud

@@medicinenotrequired3125 yea well connecting to the mobo is the normal way.I would bet your pump aint working for some reason.Just make sure you connect the wire thats coming from the pump,to the header thats marked "pump" on the mobo.Another thing to check is your bios setting for the pump as you can set the threshold where the pump gets going.Dont stress your cpu with to many hot cycles.May I recommend booting your cpu with a stock cooler if you have on hand,as try digging through the bios setting before giving the aio another go.Also check the cable itself to see if there is any noticeable damage to it.

@@davetaympers Ok i get it now, well it mights sound stupid but I had this happened to me even when I was so confident but please start by checking all your cables to see they are plugged in correctly and entirely, especially sata power cables.Check as well to see if the pump is working (by placing your hand on the black bulged out plastic bit that has the tubes running in and out of before reaching the CPU cooling block.You should feel a slight vibration (that means that motor is spinning in there) and if you don't feel anything that might be an indication that something might be wrong with sata power so that's why you also loose the light.Thirdly check to see if you have any sort of third party app to run your ARGB or RGB in your rig as that might be conflicting with the integrated controller for the unit.Lastly try hitting bequiet themselves with an email at customers support and describe your issue( they usually answer in a few days) or try to get a replacement unit if you are under warranty. For a brief overview I don't have any issue with my unit ever since I have made this video and It's been my main rig and use it daily.Never topped up the fluid never fiddle with the light on the CPU cooler although i had taken it apart several times when installing other CPU's or changing the paste.The light works just as it normally should by being ON when the system runs and OFF when you shutdown. You don't need power to be damaged by ESD (Electro Static Discharge). And a charge that you cannot feel can damage components. I would not recommend to place the board directly on the MB box as shown in this video.
@Tech_Fusion
@Tech_Fusion Жыл бұрын
Yeah its true but you see there is one thing i did not mentioned back when I made this video and that is that the MB box is helpful at least when it comes to taking care of the soldering joints on the back of the MB for every component.I mean its better to rest it on a rubber mat or even a cardboard box,then to have it set on a hard desk surface area.ESD sure can happen even then and you wont feel it but a soft non conducting material is still a good a ideea to use whenever possible.Cheers buddy and thanks you for your thoughts 💪💪

@VeniVidiAjax 2 жыл бұрын
No HAHA! If the fans are on the inside it pushes hot air against it. Or it sucks the air in with a big resistance because of the radiator. Fans on the outside that push air in is the only good config if it’s a vertical mount. And vertical is the only good option. A top config means it pushes the hot air (hot air goes up) back into the case.
