What happened to JCVD? It looks like there are scenes where a double has been used. The scene where he does a wheel kick to the guy on the motorcycle; that doesn't look like Van Damme. He never had doubles before...and I understand that he's older now. But is Van Damme actually not able to do some of these great movements anymore, or are film makers not liking his movement(s) as an aging martial artist. I almost feel like it's an insult to Van Damme to put in doubles. Why not respect that he's an aging martial artist, and utilize his skills where he's at! If he for some reason can't do the helicopter kick anymore.... that's fine! It was him at one point... and I loved it then. But now... I almost feel saddened and somewhat embarassed for Van Damme that doubles are inserted for these big movements that might be more challenging now. Why not honor a movie legend by making the most of where he's currently at??? I think it's ok to have lost certain skills. It's going to happen to all of us.
