What time did you call? When I called them someone was always answered the phone and when I emailed them, they replied me the next day. They even sent me a postcard to make sure that they have my correct phone number because they were tried to reach out to me.

@@victortan478 Japan is 13 hours ahead of US and I think their office close at 5 p.m. at their local time. Try to call them again you can email them. Their staff are very nice people, I called them to prayed for me two to three times and I was impressed. God bless.

​@victortan478 I've realized in my own life, sometimes when I can't get through to who I'd like to reach out to in that moment that more often than not, the Lord is wanting to speak with me. Not saying that's the case all the time, but more often than not I've come to understand why other ways didn't work out quite the way I assumed they would. Believing in our Heavenly Father/GOD, our Lord and Savior Jesus, and the Holy Spirit is truly the best relationships we'll ever experience period. But with any relationship it has to be sincere and tended to.
