I came to this video because some friends were arguing with me saying when God said "be still" he is referring to meditation and keeping the mind still and.empty almost believed them there for a second, all this new age teachings disguised as self help gurus are really funny now i know the truth that Jesus is lord and meditation is demonic and should not be practiced in the name of self improvement. According to Strong's Concordance, "Be Still" is translated from the Hebrew 'rapa' which can mean "let go" but also "relax". Imagine that translation! "Relax and know that I Am God"
