This powerful flow is designed for tweens (ages 8-12). There are some advanced poses in this flow (Crow pose, side plank, wheel pose and shoulder stand) so it is best if you have practiced yoga before and have been taught these poses by a yoga teacher.
Before practicing for the first time, watch the first 6.30 mins of this video, so that you know what to expect. Only do the poses if they feel safe and good for your body.
Do the Sun Salute sequence (you can find it on this channel) before this to warm up the body. This flow ends with a 5 minute guided relaxation.
