Hi! Ma'am sana po msagot itong tanong ko, balak ko po magregister for BMBE at sa BIR. Kailangan ko po ba kumuha ng Mayor's permit? kasi ang budget ko po pang simula lang ng negosyo at gsto ko lang iregister para maipasok sa mga delivery app. Wala po akong mga vlog na nakita na nakasagot nyan kung kukuha pa po ba ng mayor's permit ang mga nagregister ng BMBE. Magastos po kasi ng mayor's permit.

Hi ma’am pano pag may COR na ako sa BiR issued noong January, tapos November ko lang nalaman na BNBE qualified ako. Nagquarterly payment na ako ng 1701Q, up to 3rd quarter. Incase magsubmit ako sa BIR this November ng BNBE requirements ko, maaammend ko pa ba yung 1701 ko as tax exempt ?
