I lost 60 lbs 20 years ago and I'll never go back. My kids used to make fun of me for bringing my own food to restaurants when we went out to eat with the family. Now they just know I am. I get up at 5am every morning and run then workout. I lay in the bed staring at the clock waiting on it to go off and I hear Goggins on my head and I get my ass up and get after it. Stay hard people!
