Be The Boss | Winner Mr Tan Lek Chong - 6 months later

Asia First Be The Boss was a huge success. Our winner from Malaysia Mr Tan Lek Chong lost his job as a former operator and struggled to make ends meet during the pandemic. After winning the Be The Boss competition, he got to use the JCB 3CX Backhoe Loader for 6 months.
He mastered the operation function of the Backhoe Loader, earned the trust of many contractors and successfully secured multiple construction jobs in Malaysia. Mr Tan took the leap of faith and trusted our machines on his journey to start his business.
