This hymn led me to know about Audrey and seeing your comment that she's no longer in the faith brought heaviness to my heart. How can we sing "Be Thou my Vision" and not allow the LORD grant the request? Could the song not have meant more to Audrey other than beautiful voice rendering? My only prayer for Audrey is that the LORD in His mercy will be her vision. Amen. We have an obligation to keep her in our prayers as Christians.
