I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder a year ago and one thing that helps me cope with it is doing things that I enjoy the most and taking breaks so I can recharge and recalibrate from the things that are taking a toll on my health. Whenever you start overthinking, just close your eyes, take deep breaths, and let things be. Hoping that you'll get through it Bea! Of course you'll do! I know you can! 🤍 Always a listening ear here. Always here to support you. Prayers! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

It’s important to work hard and be productive but a lot of people forget that it’s also important to take care of yourself and take breaks and this is the perfect reminder of that 💛

Keep up the good work, Bea! Always important to try to do small things to prioritize our mental health. 🙂 You can’t give from an empty basket.

You’re doing amazing Bea! I also found some of my teaching jobs to be extremely draining emotionally and mentally, it can get hard. Take plenty of breaks, spend time with friends, and keep taking care of yourself. You can do this :)

Starting a new job is always very stressful. It feels like the first month or so, you are drowning. I was forced to a new job about 7 years ago. I was 53. Extremely hard. ☹ But hang on, it will get better! That show looked amazing! I especially liked the flowers. So inventive. I'll bet it was a great mood booster. I also discovered coffee late in life. In fact, it was when I started my new job. I now love it! Have a good week, look after yourself and breath! Much love from Nebraska 💚

Something that helps me when my brain gets too much is to following the SFA rule I learned in therapy a while back. Everyday do something SFA: something social, something fun, something achievable. They don’t have to be huge great things. For instance your achievable could be that you folded the laundry. When I started doing it everyday, it really helped to clear my brain.

Being a fellow Christian with past Anxiety and stress issues, praying Psalm 91 over yourself each day will work wonders. There are some videos right here on YT that play the Psalm 91 on a loop with peaceful music. You can use it while you sleep or whenever. Also, most anxiety is wrapped in Fear, and F.E.A.R = False Evidence Appearing Real. Also, I feel like we are Friends after you said 2 things, 1) You didn't like coffee before, but now enjoy it...Me too! I hated coffee as a kid and now I enjoy it. 2) I just recently purchased Atomic Habits and I'm waiting for a time to read it. I think since I have Bible Study on Wednesday nights after work, instead of turning on the TV, this will be my designated Reading night bc I have SO many books I have bought, but not read. Work can be so draining. I'm praying for you Beautiful Bea and sending you LOTS of Love & Light from the US. 🤎🙏🏽💐❇️🌷🌸🌻🌺🎍

I have moments like that as well and am proud of you for taking the initiative to recognize you needed some self care and taking time for you. A book I highly recommend, and reread everytime I need motivation and a reminder to live life to the fullest is "You Are A Badass" By Jen Sincero. It was life changing for me. I pray good health, prosperity, and happiness stay with you always. Much Love from the mountains of Tennessee❤

Hi Bea! Kudos to you for taking care of your mental well-being. 👍 And hello to your new plant too.👋😊 With the Lord's grace coupled with your strength & perseverance, I'm sure you'll overcome the challenges at work. You're such an inspiration & your vlogs are also my therapy especially when I'm stressed, anxious & overthink. I'm so grateful you pushed through with going to the amazing Teamlab & sharing those beautiful attractions. I'm earnestly praying for that day when Japan will reopen to foreign tourists again as Teamlab will definitely be on my itinerary. 😉 We are always here supporting you & consistently wishing you the best. Hugs dearest Bea!🤗❤💕

I've finished reading Atomic Habits. It's a great book. It helped me form new habits and beat procrastination. If you're still looking for great self-help books, I recommend you to read 'The Daily Stoic', 'The Obstacle is the Way', 'Stillness is the Key', and 'Ego is the Enemy'. All are authored by Ryan Holiday. 'Can't Hurt Me' by David Goggins. And 'Deep Work' by Cal Newport.
