W.H.O. recommands to use boiled water brought at a temperature not lower than 70°c to "sterilize", as well as possibile, milk powder when poured in the water... So it seems quite an unuseful object.

Your supposed to put formula in after the water

that’s in order to get the measurements correct, the water was premeasured prior to adding formula so it’s not an issue
