So, Cloudtrail will say who created the S3 bucket and Cloudwatch will say when imagess/objects were uploaded/downloaded in that S3 bucket?

Why we shouldn't use rules and events in Cloudwatch? Is it being deprecates because other better alternative services are being developed?

Hi Sarunas, I didn't mean that you shouldnt use rules or events - I meant that it was strange that these two services to belong to Cloudwatch and should arguably be their own services. Hope this helps clarify.
