Beach Camping Adventure: Wood Stove Cooking and Catch & Cook White Fish Tacos

Enough Ice finally melted and we were able to get the boat In the water! We boated over to our favourite beach camping spot and stayed the night. I was even lucky enough to catch a whitefish to make fish tacos!

Some of the things I loved: The reaction from Chester when you took the polar dip and went under water, The panning into the beach with the outdoor fire with the sunset as the background, cooking the fish taco's, and I love how Joelle (hope I spelled that correctly) will jump right in with everything you do. Lol, the smell.......you can get "scented" fuel additives, even a bubble gum scent. Like springtime in Montana. You pack clothes for 3 seasons
