Great fish & video mate! I caught a tuna off the beach at moreton island in august, reel was going ballistic! What rod & reel setup were you using in the vid?

That's so cool mate. They go hard indeed. I thought it was a huge tailor. I was on a nasci 4000 paired with a 6-12kg 9' Daiwa sensor 15lb line 20lb leader. I hope this helps. Fish on bud 🤙🤙

I have the same rod and its great! s. I usually go down south and target aussie salmon and its my dream to get something like that as bycatch 😂 Great video man
