WHAT IS THE PRICE OF LAND AND OUR BEACH HOME? Honestly, I don't think it is something that is good for me to share about. Why? In this video, I talk a little bit about that, and share with you that Mama Rose is the owner of the land next to us.
Yes, this is another Beach Home life vlog from Cateel, Davao Oriental. A beautiful town along the east coast of Mindanao, that we are blessed to live in. A raw video of our life, and a little bit of talk about Beach Land, our home, and "prices" here in the Philippines.

What a dream it would be to have a little land by the beach, my Filipina wife and myself have been searching for a place like this and for now we havent found what we are looking for ! We have two children and we want to make sure schools is possible for them as they have a French éducation but it’s time for them to becomefilipino . I’m a retired Filipina here in California I would love to have a vacation home there but unfortunately I have to sale my house here to be able for me to buy the land and build a vacation home there… I will just rent mama rose cottage for a month to enjoy the adventures of cateel 👍😍 Have a blessed day

As someone prepping mentally and socially and financially to go to the Philippines... Kulas is very inspiring to me. Great attitude and disposition... When I get there, I'd honestly love to be pals with this guy and so many like him... Good neighbours is so important for a quality domestic life. I was going to suggest that you purchased the lot next door and make it a family group home for the boys when they eventually get married and visit with their ever-expanding families. Start planting Mangroves in your lot or beachfront now. It makes a big difference in preventing soil erosion. It will save your land in that peninsula.

I agree what you say about the cost of things, also remember the person you are paying may not want his wage announcing either. When I have anything done I pay the local going rate and add a little bonus as extra once the job done. Also a couple of bottles of Red Horse is also gratefully accepted. Power On.

Nice to know Mama Rose criteria for selling the lot. I would do the same. Hopefully those interested would fit to the neighborhood’s lifestyle. One way to make sure is to include those criteria in the Contract to Sell/Agreement.
