It’s always cool finding rings. I love that feeling when you get a signal and you see a ring pop up out of the sand or the dirt. I’ve always said that metal detecting is one of those hobbies that gives you the highest of highs and the lowest of Lows. what I mean by that is,you get a signal within the gold range and then you see that hint of gold as you’re uncovering it and it ends up being a gold dream squashier or a piece of gold foil lol Your excitement goes way up high, then suddenly drops down to the lowest when you find out you dug nothing but trash. Hello my friend you made my day. I’m here with my knee wrapped in ice after therapy. What a great video I’m glad you found some rings and things detecting. The water is starting to warm up. If I’m able my wife and I are going to Florida the end of August if my doctor and my knee will let me go. Stay safe my friend.

Nice to see the beach getting more active with the warmer weather!! Glad you had a good day finding a couple of rings and cool stuff. I was over at Tybee Island GA and hunted a couple of beaches for about 3 hours but found no bling, just 97 cents. Hey it was fun and the weather was fantastic!! 👍😎👍

I'm over here on the west coast in St Petersburg... Where everyday is Halloween 🤪... My personal experience with Daytona Beach is forty plus years ago... For some reason, the Daytona cops decided that I was another John Dillinger 🥺...Cut to the punch line... When the cops decided that I am not a threat,they released me after much grief and threats bin order to discourage any reason to come back to that area...It worked .. Hi Brian, I`m back in Ohio after a rough winter in N.Ft.Myers this season. Allergies were at it`s worse this year. And a couple of accidents. I dropped a cabinet on my foot . And tripped on my porch and ripped a bunch skin off my arm. I had a lot of work around the house to get done. Still plenty for next season. So metal detecting wasn`t on top of my agenda this season. I hope you do well this summer. Did you get the Vega brakes figured out yet? Happy big fat gold ring hunting. lol!

Hi Rick , ouch ! I was watching the weather yesterday with my wife and they were talking about pollen and molds . I told my wife they were giving the weather Sporecast ! lol My poor car is still sitting . Now the starter on my Corvette went out. I need to move it around to get the tractor in the back yard to cut the grass. I have garden plants that need to get out of small pots as well . I'm slowly getting buried in chores . lol Going to be busy trying to get caught up . I will post Vega stuff on my other channel when I get to it . I hope to get to it soon . Thanks for watching .

@@idigdaytona4478 Spore cast is about it Brian lol! When my wife was alive we had three vehicles and were working. But now I`m retired with one tired vehicle. I have my place here in Ohio and the mobile home in N.Ft.Myers. And my girlfriends house. I pretty well do everything myself. It`s too much for me at my age and health anymore but I`m still trying. Metal detecting is tough for me on the sw beaches in florida. The sand there is so soft. Maybe for a younger able guy it might not be too bad. Just today I got permission on some properties in Punta Gorda. My girlfriends son was sent down from Cleveland Clinic on business in Vero beach to one of there hospitals to straightened out there maintenance dept. If it would have been a little closer I might have tried to swing over to meet you. i believe I mentioned touring the McLarty Treasure Museum while there. Well that`s enough said. So once again good luck on that fat gold ring or any other gold.

Hi Nick , I use the factory presets . They seem just fine. When I turn on the detector , I noise cancel and ground balance with ground balance tracking on . I mostly hunt in low conductor beach mode . I think you will enjoy using the Manticore . Thanks for watching .

I wish I could get out to the lake but they have allowed it to fill all the way to the top and no beach area left any where which is not normal for this time of year so until it starts dropping I'm ground from detecting. I refuse to do the picnic areas with 60 years of pull tabs and bottle caps it's just to much for this old guy with bad knees to do.
