One small suggestion: could you please adjust the sound mix? As it stands now, your voices sound noticeably louder than the in-game narration, so I have to choose either to have the former too loud or to have the latter too quiet. That is not normally an issue, but for some reason in this video it seemed more noticeable (still not a big issue, but no harm in asking). Thank you!

The game has one UI flaw: you can not mute sfx such as footsteps. The music is just way too good to footsteps over it.

26:19 Speaking as someone who's been in cult meetings (don't ask), it very much does. That "theme phrase" comment is 100% on point, and they have very specific ways that they feel they should behave. They address _everyone_ by last name by default, and they act professional in a very particular way. They're uniformly excited towards the future they expect to see. They seem not to have any understanding of how the outside world expects them to behave - they don't seem to even realise that an "outside world" exists, to some extent (their lack of awareness is expressed in the building they built & in how they talk with people). That set of questions and taking notes on everything was vaguely creepy in a way that members of cults tend to be. I like this characterization! Members of cults tend to be fairly amusing people - albiet unintentionally - provided they aren't trying to hurt anyone. That last point might not be true in this case, but because this is a work of fiction, it doesn't really need to be.

While it centers around a village that suffers recession, caused by some mystery/conspiracy, recession is not quite the main theme like in NightInTheWoods. Multiple choice narrative-gameplay sadly is like Detroid-being-human, but with way more dead ends.

Like I'm assuming many of us, I too backed this on Kickstarter after Dan played the demo. I've been so excited to follow along and play it, just finished it yesterday, and it's so good! It's pretty and cute and kinda creepy and so well made! And I love the character art, everyone's so fluffy 🧡 Happy to see you're playing it together :) I thought I was pretty thorough, but I somehow missed that "pull" charm! 😱 Must go back and see what that adds and where.

Dear Playframe Crew, Children and Gamers alike don't actually care too much about the voices you have for your characters, although the Main Characters should have Main Character Voices. As long as you are willing to do funny voices, the audience will love it, anyway. Sincerly, A GM that should use more funny voices.

I think I'm nearly finished with the game myself - I've seen the Festival sign unveiled - and so far, Dan and Carrie haven't found anything I didn't already know about, though I found Pull rather later (among some other places - though they also have yet to explore some things I had found by this point). It's a fun game, but (while I haven't explored fully to confirm) seems to be pretty linear, which is going to limit replay value.
