You can also put some GS Hypo cement on your ending knots then just snip where you want with no burnt edge showing :). Cute & simple little bracelets.

That's a good idea, it can be a little tricky. I like to press one end of the bracelet to my wrist with the ring finger of my other hand and then pull the other end of the bracelet tight by grabbing it between my thumb and index finger. It's a bit easier to show than it is to describe though. We'll see about making a video for it, thanks for the suggestion!

I think you are referring to the tool that is called a Third Hand Tool. The string is S-Lon cord size 18. It comes in a large variety of colors. It's not a dumb question. It can be strange to do it one handed. You have to hold one side with the hand you have the bracelet on and with the other hand pull tight. How to make a sliding knot if the cord is made of natural silk? It cannot be burned.
