This is the best tutorial on this cup chain bangle bracelet~! Very good camera work. I find myself coming back to Beadaholique time and time again. thank you

TFS! Love this idea. Gonna try this with 2 lengths of memory wire to give the cup chain a flat area to wire onto and still be able to get the bracelet over my fat arthritic knuckles.

You could definitely rewire your first piece back over the end if you want. The method in the video is very secure, but there is always more then one way to do something. Have fun experimenting and see which method you like best.

Hmm I was wondering why you wouldn't start one from the end wire around to the first one so they couldn't slide or rewire your first piece back over the end to secure it more. I really liked this tutorial and will try this soon.

How about trying some binder clips to hold the chain onto the bangle?

Can you glue the cup chain to the bangle prior to wire wrapping it?

Not trying to be rude but I was wondering why you would do this in the first place? By the time you by the beads, bracelet & wire it will cost more than if you bought the bracelet. Maybe just for enjoyment of making something?

Hi, I want to make my own bangles. What supplies would I need and what Ga. wire? I want stainless steel.
@beadaholique9 жыл бұрын
+private91205 Stainless steel is a hard metal so it will take some effort to bend it into shape and somehow connect/latch it. Here is a video I created showing how to make a bangle using a different type of wire, but it might give you a few ideas on how to get started www.beadaholique.com/t-video-How-To-Make-A-Bangle-Bracelet-Using-Flat-Artistic-Wire.aspx I would recommend 20 gauge wire. In terms of the other supplies that you will need, it really depends on the look you are going for. Do you want a completely round solid bangle with no hook, latch or clasp? If so, that will require soldering and unfortunately that is not my expertise. If that is the case, you might want to consider a local class on soldering metals.

Can you do the same for hoop earrings?
@beadaholique5 жыл бұрын
If the loops are flat, the same technique can be applied. Thanks for watching!
