Really lovely piece ❤ What I’ve been doing lately is using a new thread 🧵 just for attaching clasps. That way if for some reason the clasp thread breaks or becomes frayed, I know that the whole piece isn’t lost or compromised. I do, of course, make sure I work the new thread into the piece as reinforcement. 😊 Happy beading 🤗
