Nice setup. I have a smaller trumpf machine, wondering do you have any of the trumpf tooling like the flanging tools? Would love to see what they actually look like, I have only seen drawings from the manual

Wow! Great video and thank you for sharing. Quick question: Why doesn't the panel buckle between the two flanges - it seems like the two flanges would pull metal from the area that isn't beaded and create a buckle. I know that standard practice is to stretch the metal before beading, but your metal was flat when it went into the machine. I've got a Pullmax P21 and have been struggling with this issue - my beads always seem to cause distortion. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks. It is slitted between the two bead, so when i make the bead it pulls material from sides, but the slit closes to zero gap. After beading i tig weld the slot without filler rod.

I have been looking for a Pullmax but I just found a Trumpf CN 701 that appears to be very similar but smaller? Than yours. The sliding fence, high clearance and servo raise/lower blow away the Pullmax machines I have found and it is less expensive. Is there a downside to the Trumpf?

@@pabelox the Trumpf machines I was able to find were not in working condition. I ended up buying a Pullmax P6 in very nice condition. I have added a VFD and I am happy with the machine

Hi Herold, this machine have a normal electrical motor with a pneumatic clutch. So this can work continously and can make single punch as well. No hydraulics in it

@@rarebag The footpedal is standard on this machine. There is a group on FB, you should join to that group. There is lot of info you can find there. it is called POG - Pullmax Owners Group

Do you need any spare parts? Busy fixing a Trumatic 600L and the customer has a CS75 standing next to it? Has tables and all.
