I randomly came across your channel while searching diy jewelry. I looked at some videos and I just have to tell you that you have some of the most beautiful, original designs I've seen on youtube. They are so professional looking. You are very talented. I design and make jewelry also, just for fun. I used to have an Etsy shop but I got discouraged and shut it down. It was too hard to maintain while working full time. I'm no longer working (medically retired) so I'm thinking about making and selling jewelry again. Anyway, I just subscribed and look forward to seeing more from you 😀.

Hi there! Welcome to my channel and sorry about that late answer! Well, if you enjoy making jewelry and you have far too much why not give Etsy another shot ☺️ And thank for your lovely and kind feedback! I still try to find my style and figure out where I want to go with this. I started beading a little more than 3 years ago and since then it's been my absolute passion. Thank you for being here and watching ❤️🌞

I saw so many tutorials about fringe earrings, and each one is different when it comes to beading thread. Some say use fireline or wildfire for the top of the earring and a less strong one for the fringes. Others say use the same thread for the intire project. It seems like using fireline or wildfire fir the fringes makes them less flowing 🤔 I would like your input on this since it seems like that you make many fringe earrings.😊

Hi there! It actually took me many tries to figure out how to make fringe earrings that I personally like. I use Nymo thread for my fringe earrings. It is 0.2mm Nylon thread and it's perfect. I also recommend using only one piece of thread for the entire earring because weaving in ends make the top of the earring stiff and wonky sometimes. You also have the risk of too many thread showing. I don't ever use fireline or thicket Nylon thread. I don't like the look and feel. But that's all personal preference really. Thank you for coming here and asking about it ☺️ I am always late with my replies - sorry about that ❤️

Hi! I love your tutorials so much they are so easy and nice explained! I just have a little problem with my stability (this is the first time i‘m trying) mine turned out a bit wobbly..yours look so stiff! Maybe it‘s because of the thread? (I used fireline 0,15mm)
@bafflingbeads21 күн бұрын
Mine are not a bit wobbly. You need a sturdy finding for the center. About 1mm thick. Please don't use thinner findings made of wire. Also check your thread. It should be a non-stretchy one. I have never worked much with fireline because I don't like it. I use nylon thread. Otherwise try to keep up the tension for the brick stitch and also when I add those segments with the 4mm beads in the center. After that you should loosen up so that the outer rows have enough space on the thread. I hope you can figure it out. Good luck ☺️

Hi, do you like the way the brass oxidize on the hoops, or is this brass plated?
@bafflingbeads3 ай бұрын
It is raw brass and I really don't mind the oxidized, slightly darker look of brass. Of course it's a matter of taste and there are many people out there who prefer the shinier gold and silver options. When I show others how to make this beaded jewelry they can decide themselves which materials they want to use 😊
