Thank you for the demonstration and for listing links where I can buy the tools. I've been thinking about a one step looper. I've had increased hand pain due to arthritis and carpal tunnel. This looks like a good solution. Thank you!

Thank you for you spin on the looper. Great tutorial. My tools will be in tomorrow. I think because there was no bead the loop closed. When the bead is added, I think, that takes up extra space and does not get as close as without a bead.

Thanks for the clear instructions. Your pace is really easy for me to follow along. Also, thanks for ALL of the links in the description, even for things that aren't shown in this video. I'm saving it to my crafting playlist, so I can share the Amazon links on my Christmas/birthday wish list. Also, I've been playing with kumihimo lately and now I'll go check your channel for more about that craft! 🤓👍

Can the tool just make the loop without cutting any wire or does it have to cut the wire? is it possible to bypass the cutter or no? Thanks!

It has to cut the wire.

Can you use these tools without a bead? So you just have a dubble loop?
@JenniferCrum782 жыл бұрын
I’m sure you can I just never have. You could make a pretty chain like that or nice elements you could add to different pieces.

I find the gap between the bead and the loop to be too large. Is there a tip to reducing this gap?
@JenniferCrum78 Жыл бұрын
You just need to get the bead as close to the tool as possible before cutting the wire. Overall, it takes practice.

Do you use stainless steel or sterling silver wire? I’ve learned so much from you
@JenniferCrum78 Жыл бұрын
I use Parawire. It’s copper cored and some of them are silver plated and all the wire I use is either tarnish resistant or non tarnish.

What wire guage do you recommend? Is 20 ok?
@JenniferCrum78 Жыл бұрын
With the one step loopers, I recommend either 18 or 20 gauge. For smaller beads, you can use 20 gauge. For beads 8mm and larger, or groupings of several beads, I recommend 18 gauge.
