Increase level of tripsin regulate three mechanism, mein apne 2nd point me likha hai it convert inactive chymotripsinogen into TRIPSINOGEN, i think waha CHYMOTRIPSIN hoga, apne flow chart me sahi likha hai but notes me galat ....
