As an Aquarian, I've always felt out of place in the world. Just slightly off center. Now as I get older, I realize that I was never off center. Everything else was. Perhaps moving into the Age of Aquarius others will begin to shift into the paradigm I've experienced the last five decades. You are so right...change is coming. As with any change though, many will not want it, invite it, or embrace it. I've learned that the best way to deal with change is to become it and lean into it. I went thru the same journey as you Colette. That was some time ago and dropped 84 pounds over a year on a plant based diet. Really it is the only way to go if one wants to maintain ones health.

Health and Happiness to you Colette and to hell with Wealth. You have everything you could possibly need. I look around me and I see Irish people getting fatter and fatter because they are eating highly processed crap and watching Netflix (says he on KZbin!) There is something seriously wrong with modern society, it seems the more affluent we get the more discontented we are. I grew up in the 70's and there were no overweight people, we spent as much time as possible outdoors and I think we were pretty content. We ate simple home cooked food! The human race is moving further and further away from Mother Earth. It is time for change. Just look at the the health service and the amount of sick people especially in older age. You are the exception Colette and you are an inspiration to many people. This video alone has been watched by nearly two and a half thousand people. We have to work with Mother Earth and take responsibility for ourselves. It is Sunday night and this week I am going to eat more fresh fruit and vegetables. And walk more! Hi Colette I can’t believe how you’ve transformed this cottage and land. I’m binge watching your videos and enjoying them so much. Talking of sacred spaces, I remember a talk once that spoke of sacred spaces. One of the thoughts was that when we are pouring out our deepest most sincere feelings and prayers, we are standing on sacred ground. Also that when someone is confiding in us and sharing those feelings with us, we are standing on sacred ground and aught to treasure those things shared. I am now where you were...I have Hashimoto/hypothyroidism. I am researching what I need to do besides the medication...it is quite the challange...you inspire me to be better and to never give up💜

I don´t know if you have researched this, but the only vitamin that plants do not have is B12. A healthy body has a vitamin B12 reserve for 2 years but it is a good idea for vegans to once in a while take a supplement. Love your videos.

My water comes from a spring well deep in the ground with earth contact so has adequate levels of B12 and I also eat fresh root vegetables from the earth unwashed, so once again with B12 attached. The same way it gets into the meat eaten by meateaters. Cows are vegan too.

Yves - start tiny, start small. Do one or two little things. Maybe plant an apple tree. Put a few tomato plants in a big pot. We humans tend to freeze up, feeling it's an all or nothing proposition. But becoming is NO LESS THAN being! Great news right? So smile, and go for one little action. You might find yourself on a slippery slope of happiness.
