(No offense and also For a notice/remindor),These also have Anti-Tilt locks on one of the arms that holds the light's head. The lock is to lock/stop the tilting ability so the head doesn't tilt up and down while your carrying it/mounting it/for safety. You will have to unlock by unplugging the lock or pulling out the lock thing from one of the arms that hold the light's head in'place. You might have the tilting head lock locked still that's why it's not tilting. For a notice, check the/your User Manual'(s) because those might help give you more information aswell.

Yes. I know it has two lever. The other 3 works fine except the bad one. The company sent me a new one without returning the bad one. They dont have the means of return.

For real. This is generic Chinese knock-off crap. I wish people would stay away from anything called "Beam 5R" or "Beam 250W". The manufacturer will disappear to avoid customer service and then appear a month later under a new company name. Been teching moving lights for years. Seen it far too often with new and small companies trying to break into the lighting world.

@@destroy_television problem is China has very laxed regulations. For example they can have an ad on tv with a Taylor Swift song and never have to pay any royalties. Same goes with labeling. Lithium batteries made in China over rate their capacities by up to 80% I watched a few YT videos testing them and most had a 12% of what they cllaimed.

If you're just going off the numbers, then yea, Chinese LEDs are always brighter in lumen output. because their pushing them to the max, if not more.. and then 2 months later, they burn out. Whereas legit companies throttle max output for stability and longevity and color calibrations.
