Honey badgers, weasels, martens, otters, sables, badgers, stoats, ferrets, minks, and wolverines are all in the same animal family; the Mustelids. All of these animals share the trait of being pretty fearless, really stinky, and being voracious predators. Skunks have only recently been split off from the mustelidae into their own category but they share a lot of mustelid features, such as their powerful stink as a defense mechanism and their robust metabolism. The Mustelidae make up the largest animal family in the carnivore side of things although they will occasionally eat vegetation. They take NO prisoners for the most part. The common household ferret is the only mustelid that has ever been remotely domesticated because they don't really lend themselves to domestication. They're an interesting animal family, for sure. I currently have a small weasel living under my chicken coop. They're stealing the eggs from my chickens, which isn't so bad. At least this time they aren't killing the chickens themselves. My cats won't go near the coop. They run whenever they see the weasel. "We got a bad-ass here, let's GO!" is their modus operandi.

That very first comment of the video is so true. Having a nasty streak is a great defense and offense. Growing up in a hunting community I heard far too many stories where hunters were saved by unrelenting aggression against wild cats and even bears with nothing but hunting knives. A local hunter even killed a very large buck with his knife when it attacked him. He didn't have a chance to grab his rifle. Guns are all well and good. But animals recognize sharp objects much better than guns as a real threat as they look like large claws to them. They aren't entirely wrong I guess, haha.

In (13:49) my first reaction to a Polar Bear is a scared fear because I agree with what he said that Polar Bears eat almost anything they see, well, that's true because they are meat-eaters and we have flesh so that counts as meat. Polar Bears eat mammals and mostly water fish to survive. But don't be thankful for Global warming, because Polar Bears are endangered, because of global warming, the ice caps, which they stand on, will melt, and seals are the Polar Bears' top menu but as ice caps melt, seals swim off in open waters causing Polar Bears to starve and die. If humans are on the ice caps there is a chance that you'll be attacked by a Polar Bear. No animal trick may work, but if you live in Greenland, PLEASE BE SAFE!
