I would learn some basic controls and fine tune graphics first! For a good map, I would say Gridmap and Crashhard!

I have hp victus laptop with 3050 ti, i7, and 16gb of ram, do you think I can run it?

Definitely, just might have to turn down some settings and maybe not use traffic. I used to play on a 1650 ti laptop!
