This is like something straight out of an episode of CHiPs... every week they'd have some chain reaction pile-up on the freeway. Pretty sure this was actually in an episode... I'm almost positive that, at come point, a semi rolled and dumped it's shipment of tires onto the roadway and everyone kept driving into them.

I feel really sad that the police officer lost his left arm after one of the tires ripped it off. I think the police officers should put spike strips across the road and when that one tire goes flat and comes to a stop police can arrest that tire for hit and run. 😂😂😂😂
