1. People would proboly think the ford is at fault but that range rover didnt use a blinker so its at fault. 2. Would be the vans fault for not checking to see if his tire is in good codition. 3. Would be the camry's fault 4. It wpuld be the person hauling the stuff fault. Since they didnt properly make sure their stuff wouden tfall out. 5. Hhnm, techonly it would be the pwrosn who ks broken down for not makeing it wasier to see. But the way insurance is they would blame the white car for following to close. 6. Called it. Also mustangs fault.

There is a mod called road grip editor where you can change the friction of the road. You can make it very grippy or slippery for wet or snowy roads
