Yes, I love free stuff as well, but if this will lift the standard of mods we get, I dont mind paying 3-4$ for it :)

Feels a little stiff for this kind of car, or maybe not enough travel, it seems to hit a bit too hard. But a really high quality mod regardless.

This car just like renault clio and Citroën saxo This is why beamng drive import cars and remove logo then change into a fictional logo and name ( and change a little bit body ) but it's just game

yes Im sure it is based in some referance pics, but it is still made from the ground up, first the model and texture then the physics skeleton that drive the car in game. it is 100s of hours of work.

I have a question, how are you getting those cars to follow you without hitting you? When I use follow AI and I have two cars behind me they hit each other. Are you just with some friends or is it some kind of mod and or coding?

The cars are all AI cars, and I have a speed limit on the AI. In different places on the test area.

It a cool mod, kinda like a dlc bc it paid Lucus getting so much hate over a paid mod But I really don’t like lucus Not cause of the mod Just some other reason

Don't get me wrong, Lucas is literally god when it comes to modding, but he has NO idea how to be nice to others, especially meshslappers like the guy who made the Defender. I've seen a lot of new modders get discouraged and quit because of this. It's not just Lucas though, of course other respected modders do this same thing.

hm, i dont know how to feel about this mod. i went to the linked thread cause the mod looked cool, just to find it behind a paywall. i have no problem supporting creators i like with donations, but i feel putting your mods behind a paywall is bs for a couple of reasons. 1st, once youve purchased the main game, all subsequent content is supposed to be free open source content. 2nd, this method of content distribution forces you to support the creator even if you dont want to just to use their content, which could potentially be considered commercial use of the beamng website which is a violation of the terms and services of the website. either way, i wish this creator the best of luck in his and or her ventures, but i at least will not be supporting them for the time being. the paywall also brings up a question. if you purchase the mod, will the updates be free, or will you have to pay for each time?

With all the work and time that goes into learning to make cars for this game, im surprised it have not happen sooner. If i like a payed mod I will buy it, I don't mind. And so far the standard of the mod is very good.

@@enzoperruccio why would he need to do that? He made the model, textures and J-beam for the mod. And so did I for the CH Dummy 2.0 mod.

@@CrashHard It's just my opinion of course, maybe the devs are completely fine with it. After all they're the same guys who don't mind piracy and merely give you a small warning about downloading unofficial game files from the internet
