After many more speeding tickets and other traffic violations, Joe Nutsy serves his sentence, once again, through community service. With an Ibishu Pigeon, he must collect Tasti Cola cans scattered throughout public areas of Belasco City. Thanks to LJ74 for his soda can mod.

They are kinda incomparable because the map changed to include more back alleys and they also opened up the other park. I wanted to incorporate these new sections of the map that were added back on 0.27 but I didn't know exactly how. So here is this. I also want to redo Operation lightbeam but I want to add an additional twist, of some kind.
