The game runs smoother because in the update they optimized the engine Vulkan to run 40 more fps

When entering a drift and you need to rotate more, but not speed up faster, try using a small amount of foot brake to bring the nose in tighter. Watching you do the drifting I notice u don't foot brake much. Using the foot brake (between 5% and 15-20%) can improve stability A LOT and keep the tires spinning. Try experimenting with it!

Yea I don't use left foot brake in BeamNG, but interestingly enough I do use it in Assetto Corsa

Fyi, the miisions difficulty is based on the type of mission, all drift challenges wil be hard difficulty, while for example parking missions wil be easy.

BEAM TIPS: You can enable using the game menus in missions in the settings screen. That way you can spawn whtaever vehicles you want when you start the mission. You can also reset missions easily and quickly by using the car reset button so you dont have to abandon the mission to restart it. Lastly if you use enhanced chase camera mod, it makes the follow cam 10x better with dynamic movements and more control over where the camera sits. Its much more like the NFS or forza follow cam. OH and if you start the game with the Vulkan option from the launcher, you can get an extra 30fps after the big update.

Little advice on the BX-Series pro drift config: idk why but when you spawn it, it has sports tires and not drift tires so you just gotta change that to drift tires at least on the rear.

Adding power steering to the BX makes it so much harder to feel the front wheels through ffb. I think thats why you liked the old muscle car after the bx you had to turn it up? I found in career mode removing the power steering makes a solid difference. At least to me lol
