An advisory to the Beamng Department of Transportation and the Department of Transportation's of the respective accident locations. This advisory has been based on an analysis of the accidents and their cases as well as potential ways to prevent future accidents. Although considering the state of the beamng universe I likely spent way too much time doing this. Crash #1 Following analysis I have come to the conclusion that the truck took the second turn at a speed that was too high for road conditions. This was worsened by the last trailer rolling over earlier. The severity of the accident could have been reduced if there were barriers on the cliff sides. It should be noted that a regular guardrail would likely be insufficient and a concrete barrier is required. Crash #2 There does not appear to be anything that could be done to prevent or reduce the severity of this accident. Crash #3 It is recommended that the Dot places a 'Do not stop of tracks' on the right side of the road. Side of the crossing should be based on where it should be more visible, it may also be placed on both sides of the tracks. (mutcd 2009 r1 r2 edition Section 8B.09 Sign R8-8). On replay of the accident it was noticed that the trailers did not have any warning labels despite carrying explosive cargo. Also, good fire department response time. Crash #4 There does not appear to be anything that could be done to prevent or reduce the severity of this accident. Crash #5 It appears that the DOT should place signs prior to the bridge with a weight limit (mutcd 2009 r1 r2 edition Section 2B.59 Signs R12-1 through R12-5). It is also recommended that trucks are restricted to crossing one at a time including opposite direction of travel. It is recommended that this is applied to other bridges of this design. Crash #6 There does not appear to be anything that could be done to prevent or reduce the severity of this accident. "Crash" #7 How was a road train that long on the road in the first place? Crash #8 There does not appear to be anything that could be done to prevent or reduce the severity of this accident. A combination of the dump truck going down the hill too quickly and bad timing of the train. Crash #9 Cause of the accident appears to be the road train crossing into oncoming traffic. If the driver took the corner at a lower speed it would have been fine. There's nothing the DOT can do on this one. Crash #10 There does not appear to be anything that the DOT can do to prevent or reduce the severity of this accident. Caused by the pickup truck failing to yield when required to.

Following the advisory from the DoT, we have been asked to examine these accidents further. from the Chief of Belasco Police: We have received the footages of these accidents from CCTV cameras. We would recommend DoT to enforce tractor weight and length restrictions, so that the driver is always able to stop or at least slow down quickly enough. We would also advise regulating and restricting road trains in cities and roads unfit to accommodate these vehicles.
