Value Iyy ki he hai but type wha pr Ixx ho gya hai to answer pr koi effect nhi pdega...

Because channel ki position vertical nhi hai to isi liye Iyy aaya hai... Kyoki if we talk only for angle then iska moment of inertia y-y axis ke alon hoga... Agar ye vertical direction me hoti tb hm Ixx use krte..
