Ashwin Chatterji it’s a mistake, because Daniel is supposed to be reading off the beanie tags in the sketch, but instead he’s reading the cards behind Bowen. The words are written differently. It happens a lot in sketches like this where they’re supposed to be reading what’s in front of them to seem more realistic but aren’t

My best friend/ex gave my hedgehog beanie (hedgie of course) a sad story he knew I’d be a sucker for. One night the doorbell rings and I come to answer. There is beautiful lit oil lamp. Beside that was a little hedgehog with one missing ear and a note. The note stated that hedgie was a war orphan. He’d lost his ear in the same bombing that had tragically killed his parents. Consequently he was looking for a new family. 😢 when he heard me whimper he came from around the corner giggling. A few tears had already fallen and a mother was born. Lol. My best friend has passed. Hedgie lives on my dashboard where I see him daily. ❤️
